Many years have passed since Rav Moshe Feinstein zatzal stood at the head of Agudas Harabbonim, with the goal of increasing the amount
of Torah-true rabbonim.

During the past few years, the shortage of rabbonim has been growing,
and gedolei hador have given urgent instructions to train avrechim to become rabbonim and morei tzedek.
A shortage of rabbonim is an immense problem, causing upcoming generations to lack leadership and guidance toward a Torah-true way of life.
Yidden in various locations around the world are encountering difficulty finding someone to provide spiritual guidance and connect them to Yiddishkeit. This is due to a lack in Rabbonim to advise and guide Jewish communities on a Torah path.

With this very goal in mind, "Machon Hora'ah BeYisroel" was founded two years ago,
in Modi'in Illit and Yerushalayim,
to train young rabbis with exceptional potential,
to become leaders of Jewish communities worldwide.
Machon Hora'ah does not just provide the yungerleit with comprehensive Torah and halachic knowledge.
It guides, trains, and prepares them to paskin halachos as morei tzedek, in less than ten years.

Daily Tefillos on Behalf of Donors
Each morning before beginning to learn, the avrechim daven for the donors, reciting their names in the tefilla. The avrechim recognize the spiritual connection between the donors and themselves, and the sechar le'asid lavo that the avrech and donor will receive is equal, just as in the partnership of Yissachar and Zevulun
Kuntresses Dedicated on Donors' Behalf
During the course of their training, the avrechim publish kuntresses on various halachic topics, and dedicate them on behalf of the donors themselves or le'iluy nishmas whomever the donors choose, thus ensuring commemoration and showing tribute to the supporters of Torah
Periodic Group Tefillos for Donor's Success
Periodically, the avrechim hold special tefillos, in addition to the daily tefillos, davening for the success of those who support their Torah learning. This deepens the ruchnius connection between the avrechim and the donors, and gives them long-term bracha.
